WakeBusters Hip-Notics Ride 2009

27. October 2009 - evening flight from Hamburg to Antalya. First contact with the clerk of TUIfly. Never ever had such a unfriendly clerk at a counter of an airline. We printed all flying information preventative - the clerk mentioned first we have to declare the wakeboard bag before we check in - in her computer list is nothing noticed. Without our printed flying/booking information we're forced to leave this bag in Hamburg. So be prepared when you fly with TUIfly!
After all we made it to the gate and started the flight with a lot of senior citizens. Somewhere in the handbook for TUIfly staff must be a part customer advisory service: "try to be unfriendly to all customers, if you can't be unfriendly, ignore them". Not a surprise this airline was sold to another one a few months ago - hopefully they change their habits also to the ones of AirBerlin. Finally after some scuzzy food in the plaine we arrived in Antalya.
Two strangers between a lot of old-age tourists on a darky desolate airport. After a few minutes we met our Hip-Notics driver and two other guys - Murathan and Julien and a small car. First turkish lesson: there is enough space in every subcompact. The transfer from the Airport Antalya to the Cablepark takes about 30min. First impression of the people: never met so friendly people! The check-in at Hip-Notics is fast and easy, just put some money on the chip and a quick late night dinner at the bar.

The next days time flies. We start every morning with a typical turkish breakfast with fresh tomatos, vegetables, hot tea and bread. First sessions on the water for the advanced and the beginners are perfectly teached by the operators. A big thanks to Süleyman! Without you Sema still stuck at the start ;) And again we want to mention the friendly and helpful team around Baris. If you have anykind of problem they're trying to help you out - include board repair and medicine.
